Yes, we will be recording the webinar and will post the video recording and slides afterwards in the library of the Open Forum in INFORMS Connect. We'll send out an email to all registrants within 5 business days after the webinar with a link to the video and slides.
What day/time is the webinar?
The INFORMS Insights Webinars are held on the third Thursday of each month starting at 1pm EST. There will not be a webinar in December but will resume in January.
Can I get a copy of the slides being used in the webinar?
Yes, all of the INFORMS Insights webinars and their respective slides are stored in the library of the Open Forum in INFORMS Connect. We will also send out an email to all registrants with a link to the webinar video and slides once they're posted.
How do I log in to the webinar?
The zoom link will be sent to you in a confirmation email at least 24 hours before the start of the webinar. If you register within 24 hours of the start of the webinar then you will receive the zoom login information no later than 1 hour prior to the start of the webinar. On the day of the webinar, about 15 minutes before the webinar, you will be able to login to the webinar from the provided link. Audio for the webinar will be streamed via your computer speakers. Make sure that your computer speakers are on and test your system when you login to ensure you can hear the speaker. If you do not see an email from zoom in your inbox, please check your spam folder as it may have been filtered automatically as spam. If it is not there, please contact our customer service team (Aysha Saqib at ASaqib@informs.org) for assistance.
