INFORMS on the Go is a fun new way to share a different side of our members! It's no secret that INFORMS members are transforming the world through groundbreaking research, cutting-edge insight and exciting applications. Sharing the stories of their work and its impact is a key strategic objective of INFORMS. However, we know that there is another side of our members (life isn't "all work and no play" after all!), and we want to share that with the rest of the world too! So, we want you to share short, informative and (most importantly!) fun videos with us.
Here's a quick instructional video from INFORMS staff to provide a little guidance and inspiration.
If you're an INFORMS member, here's what you need to do to share your video with us.
Decide what you'd like to say. Below are some sample questions that you could answer.
Record a video with your phone in portrait orientation (hold the phone vertically 📱). It should be casual, and please keep the recording to about 30 seconds.
Upload your video using the form below. We'll notify you when your video is ready to share. We might even use them on the brand-new INFORMS TikTok!
We'll be posting more member videos that we receive for inspiration.
